ACTIVITIES
Nilüfer Borsa İstanbul Fen Lisesi
Bahar GENÇELLİ
· The transformation of textile waste into art, organized at Uludağ University to draw attention to climate change and environmental conditions, is exhibited, and we participated in the panel, the competition in which the winners of the project were included.
· All of the designs made with different materials turned into works of art. The students mostly drew musical instruments made with waste metals, such as the disappearance of the cover.



HMTAL
Aysun YILMAZ
· Within the scope of our EDUCATION EVERYWHERE project, under the mentorship of Aysun YILMAZ from HMTAL a visit and seminar was held in Osmangazi city waste collection center so as to be aware of recycling, reusing and reducing.
· In this center, all the household waste is collected and separated into different departments in order to cycle. Visitors had the opportunity to notice different collective parts, such as plastics, wood, iron, aliminium, glass, rubber and paper. Participants could learn about the risks of environment and the probable precautions to save through the seminar given by environmental engineers in Bursa metropolitan sub-provincial municipality.

· With the Waste Collection Center, it is ensured that wastes are prevented and separated at the source, recyclable wastes are recycled back to the economy, and non-recyclable wastes are stored in a way that does not harm the environment and human health.We must take measures to protect the environment and increase greenery.






Vocational High School Of Mechanization And Agriculture “Nikola Yonkov Vapcarov ” Village Of Sredishte

· In the recycling activities, the students of the Vocational High School of Mehanization and Agriculture, Sredishte village, Bulgaria learned how to use plant waste and how to make compost. The goal is for students to gain knowledge about which waste is biodegradable, which is suitable for composting, how compost is made, what it is, what it can be used for and why it is good for the soil.

Mehtap TOPÇU
· As the content of the Education everywhere eTwinning project, we organized a trip to the Earth Ecology School. Our school’s Deputy Principal Zuhal Şangar, Student and Parent Affairs Officer Özlem Aydın, our project mentor, our Mathematics Teacher Mehtap Topçu and our project students participated in the trip. In the ecology school, information was given about natural stones with different properties and medicinal aromatic plants. In addition, compost machines were introduced for recycling.

· Recycling buckets were brought to our school within the scope of the education e-twinning project with the theme of education, where our school is also a partner.


Hürriyet MTAL
Fahriye AŞIK
· Our school’s Education Everywhere e twinning project team visited Bursa’s first Waste Collection Center established to protect the environment and increase greenery.
· Our students received Zero Waste training under the leadership of their counselor teacher Fahriye AŞIK at the facility, which was established on an area of 5,000 m² in Demirtaş Neighborhood. The project team participated in the activities at the Osmangazi Waste Collection Facility, where incoming waste is sorted into 14 different categories and recycled into the economy, and non-recyclable waste is stored in a way that does not harm the environment and human health. We would like to thank Dilek Yosun, Director of Climate Change and Zero Waste, and her wonderful team for the productive training program offered by our environmental engineers and their beautiful hospitality.

· As Kütahya Nafi Güral Science High School, we identified places with recycling bins to teach the importance of recycling, and we went to these boxes and threw out our garbage. Thus, we both contributed to recycling and instilled in children that recycling is an important thing.
