1. Project Idea Emergence

We met with Ben Selim KARASAKAL, the founders of the project, and Mr. Sapungi CECILIA from Romania, through the e-Twinning pages on Social Media (Facebook). We decided to run a joint project. I shared my project idea about Forgotten Folk Dances with my founding partner. We thought it would be beneficial for the preservation and survival of cultural identity and we decided to create a project.

2. Initialization Process

We decided to start our project in March 2023, after making the necessary application for the project and making a decision with our partners after our project was approved.

3. Planning Process

Our project consists of three stages.

We aim to start in March 2023 and complete in April 2023.

4.Execution Process

We will carry out our project in three phases.

a- To search and detect forgotten or forgotten folk dances in the region we live in.

b- To identify our elders who know these folk dances, to take notes by visiting them, to learn the figures by means of visual photo-video shooting

c- Applying and exhibiting the learned figures with the help of experts or instructors who know folk dances.

5. Monitoring and Control Process

It will be ensured that the project is controlled from the beginning to the end, its suitability for its purpose is checked, and when there is a deviation, appropriate arrangements will be made for the planning and execution processes.

6.Termination Process

The project is carried out and completed in accordance with the determined rules. The completion and termination of the project is announced to all parties.
