I was born on November 6, 2006, in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

Then in 2018, we came to Arsuz, my homeland, and I continued school in Arsuz.

Then, in my last year of secondary school, I encountered Mehmet Ali Teacher who inspired me, and I said, “I would like to be an English Teacher.”

In my last year of high school, I worked with Kenan Teacher, he has a significant effect on my personality. He is so valuable to me. He is so strong and self-confident person.

In the photo on the side, after my university entrance exam, my teacher, Kenan, was waiting for me at the door. What he did meant so much to me — just knowing he was there felt incredibly special. I have always felt his support, and over time, he has become like family to me, a second family. I miss him deeply, and I hope that one day I can become a teacher like him.
It’s truly extraordinary how a teacher, without any blood relation, can make you feel so valued and guide you through life. I don’t think I could ever experience something like this in any other profession. I love and appreciate him so much.
Lastly, I’m grateful to God for every step of my 18 years of life — for all the good and the bad that shaped me.
I am Melek. I love everything about coffee and cozy, peaceful moments. I’m strong yet emotional, sometimes a little too empathetic and a bit silly, but eagerly waiting to meet my future students.
Teaching, for me, is not just a career — it’s a way to touch hearts, to inspire, and to leave a lasting impact on people’s lives. I believe that even small acts of kindness can change someone’s world.
