the wheel, money, fire, crops, animal husbandry, tools and weapons, music (drum, pianoforte, saxophone), storytelling (speech, writing, paper, books, printing press), engines, antibiotics, genetic engineering, computers, the internet (Google, Wikipedia and Facebook), telephones, Waze, astrolabe, slide rule, clocks
