There once was a sock matcher named Siso.  Siso had two obsessions in life: the first was ping pong and the second was finding a partner for each and every sock.  Long socks, short socks, striped sock, white socks, every one has the perfect mate.  Day after day, he searched through drawers, matching each sock, just so.

But as much as he loved that each sock should be happy, Siso, himself, was not.  He had nobody to play ping pong with.  No matter how many socks he matched, he was still unhappy.

One day, on his way to work, Siso saw a lonely black sock on the ground.  Like always, he picked it up and began to look for its partner.  “Black sock!” he called, “black sock!”  He called and called and searched for hours.  Suddenly, he heard a voice in the distance.  “Black sock! Black sock!”  “Yes!” Siso cried.  “I have it!”

He turned the corner and saw a man holding the black sock.  Siso was stunned – he had never met another sock matcher before.  “I see you have the other half!” said the man.  They put the socks together and a perfect match was made.  “I’m Tito” said the other man.  “Thanks for your help,” he said, and he turned to leave.  Siso watched him go, and he couldn’t resist.

“Wait!” he called.  Tito stopped and turned slowly.  “Do you like ping pong?”  The man’s broke into a smile.  “I love ping pong!” he said.  Siso couldn’t believe his ears!  He finally found his match.  And Siso and Tito lived happily ever after.
