AT  the beginning of the story they tell about Noam’s parents.

Her parents died when she was young and her aunt took care of her for a while and when her uncle started working she grandfather who took Noam to her everyone thinks is disgusting but to Noam he behaved nicely and Noam really enjoyed her grandfather.

At the end of the story Clara decided that she is no longer needed the wheelchair and she would start walking and she would not be crippled so she stood up. Clara started walking and suddenly fell down the mountain. Everyone looked for Clara for hours and did not find her. Finally, after a few days, they found a small house on the top of the mountain and Clara was in it with a family that took care of her. Heidi’s grandfather thanked the family who took care of Clara and took her to the her parents.
