Ido Lavi (born in 1982 in Tel Aviv) is a handball player who plays for the ASA team in Tel Aviv.
Lavie was born in Tel Aviv. He is a graduate of the Alliance high school in Tel Aviv. He began playing handball from an early age in the ASA club in Tel Aviv, first playing in the children’s teams and later in the club’s youth and youth teams.
In 2009 he led his team to win the cup and conquered the winning goal in the final minute of the game.  That year, Maariv was chosen by the player of the year in defense .
