Expectations – plastoflippancy

When i was little I wanted very much to go to an amusement park.

I talked about going all the time.

I heard kids at the school talk about how fun it is to go on the roller coaster.

And I started to dream about going up on it.

So my parents decided to take me to the amusement park at my birthday.

And I told everyone that I’m going to go on the roller coaster like everyone else.

And finally the day has come, and we went in the amusement park and I went straight to it.

It wasn’t like everybody said. It was nice but not that exciting and thrilling.

I was disappointed. And since then I take what people say for granted.
