ETWINNING: OUR FIRST TWO YEARS

One day a family visits the aquarium. This family are Mr. Smartie, Mrs. Smartie and Luca. When they arrived to the aquarium they see a paper that says: “In this tank there’re eight sharks”. Luca looks at the sharks and says: “There`s only 7 sharks!” Luca is surprised! “What happened here? Why are there only seven sharks? “

The Smarties have a discussion. They say: “ I think we need to find the other shark. Someone probably stole it from the tank.”

The family runs to catch the shark. They look in every place in Genova. They don’t find the shark for a long time.

Later, they stop to eat something at a restaurant where they have seafood. There is a very big tank at the back of the restaurant. They see a strange shadow in the tank and it looks like it is the shark. There is a strange man watching the tank. He is probably the thief. The Smarties go quickly to the aquarium. “We saw the shark in the restaurant!” A man who works there says that they have to go get it before the man and the shark escape.

Some people who work at the aquarium arrive in the restaurant and their discovery is amazing! In fact, the owner of the restaurant had committed the theft. He had decided to hire a professional thief to steal the animal and serve him as a dinner for the Pope visiting Genova.
