Amphibians are born in water, and later develop body parts that allow them to live out of the water on land.

Amphibians are cold blooded. Meaning that they are the same temperature as the air and water around them!

Did you know that there are over 4,000 kinds of amphibians? Wow! Frogs, salamanders, newts, toads, and blindworms are all amphibians!
