INGREDIENTS for four people: 400g of flour and 2 eggs for the pasta, 300g of ham, 300g of spinach, 80g of parmigiano reggiano, 80g of butter and salt

Mix together spinach and ricotta. On the stripes spread ham, ricotta and spinach and parmigiano reggiano.

Put the roses in a cooking, over a oven paper, and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°. Enjoy your meal!
