Gulliver’s Travels

The characters :

1- Gulliver : he is the main character,he lives in england,with his dad and brother, he was the youngest .

At the age of seven teen he left school because his father couldn’t pay for him anymore, that means he was poor.

2- The men in Lilliput : they lived in a little city like a picture in achilds book. and they were very small.

The plot of the story :

Gulliver travelled on the ship to south sea. on the way a great wind carried the ship the wrong way and twelve men died from hard work and bad food.

And on the morning there a heavy rain. the sailors couldn’t see well and the ship hit something in the water and broke. six men got about into sea but as they were very weak the wind turned it over and feel into the water…. and Gulliver found himself on an island name Lilliput were little people live .

Settings:

Time : in may 1699.

Place : there was many palaces mentioned in the book, some of them :

1- North of england.

2-Lilliput.

3-Blefuscu.

Thre sumury of my story :

This is the story of Lemuel Gulliver, an English traveler of the 18th century. when the ship he was sailing on is wrecked on the shores of Lilliput,he begins a long adventure which takes him to srtange and exciting lands, and brings him face to face with dwarfs,giants, crazy scientists, talking horses and many more…….

My Opinion of the story:

The story was great and I lovet. when I read it I was very excited because the events in the story was very amazing and exciting .
