Special dish- our book

The dish I chose is Empanada. Its made from salted dough and meat/ potato/ white sause with corn.

My grandmother a-l-w-a-y-s make this dish. I love this dish- but the best flavor i the white sause and corn version.

The recipe is:

• First, take dough and made a little sircle (The size of the circle is gonna be half of the does it will be look like, BC the filling is a big part of the Empanada).

• Then, add in the filling in the middle of the sircle, and close it like a half sircle.

• After closing the empanada, people in Argentina like to flip the sides (like in the picture) or to use fork and close the sides with it.

Special person

I chose my cousin Idan, my 2 and a half years old cousin.

Idan is a cute child, he is my best friend and he likes play with me. He don’t gives me hugs and kiss because he is doing deliberately. He is so beautiful, blond hair and blue eys. I call him SuperIdan, BC when we are playing in games, we have a game name Be Superman for 5 seconds.

He is in love with ED shiran, amd he A-L-A-W-Y-S sing his song, Shape Of You.

He was born in march 22^nd, 2015

when I was in 2nd grade, we flew to Holand with friends to travel.

one night my dad woke up BC he heared me yelling in the middle of the night.

my friends and my dad said that I was sleeping, stending behind the car and yell; dady! dady! almost naked (Idont belive to the stories).
