
Belgium is a federal state divided into three regions:
the Dutch-speaking Flemish region in the north, the
French-speaking Wallon region in the south, and the
bilingual capital Brussels, where the French and Dutch
share their official status. There is also a small
German-speaking minority in the eastern part of the
country. Coastline and coastal plains 67 km long along
the North Sea, ardennes stalls and forests in the
southeast and south.
The most important sectors of the Belgian economy
were industry, public administration, defense,
education, health and social services and wholesale
and retail trade, transport, accommodation and food
services and industry.
