A story about a young man

summer’s reading story is about a young man called george , lives with his poor family , his dad and he his sister sophie … George didn’t finish high school , and he started to live a lost person .

George represents the young men who don’t know how to reach their goals , and they here many dreams , they dream to have money , a girl friend , a big house and a lot of things .

George wanted to have money in his pocket to buy things with a girl to go with and not to be lonely especially on Saturday

nights , he also wanted people to like him and respect him .

love and respect was so important for George , but he didn’t know how to get them he was lost all the time , exactly like many young people in our society , they don’t know how to get things and how to achieve their goals , so they quit school and start to look for thy way which lead them to have a lot of money to be happy , but unfortunately they don’t reach to any place because they are lost on their days and night .

George tried several jobs since he had quit school , a delivery boy , a stock clerk , a runner , he also worked in a factory , but he dissatisfied with all of them .

many young men suffers from this feeling , they try many jobs but they don’t find themselves in any of them , and there is always something that they need so they feel lost .

to be lost is a very difficult feelings , its a heavy load and you need to get rid of it but how ?

George didn’t know how to continue his life , he spent his days in the house and his nights in the street , he was looking for something to make his life better like any other young man .

its not easy to feel that your life is empty , emptiness kills everything becomes with no meaning , George’s life was so empty and his life had no meaning .

George lied to Mr. cattanzara , he told him that he brought  a bout a hundred books to read in order to improve his education , in other words he showed Mr. cattanzara that he could beat the emptiness .

of course Mr. cattanzara was proud of him , he encouraged him to read , and he was so glad to hear that George wanted to educate himself

education is in any time , the most important goals that humans can reach but unfortunately some young people think that money is the most important thing in life .

of course they are so wrong and many of them although they have made a lot of money , still have the feeling of emptiness , because they didn’t educate themselves .

education is the best way which lead humanity to the right place.

George knew that so he lied about his education and very deep inside him he wanted his lie to be so true , thought he enjoyed that people started to look at him with respect just because they knew about his hundred books readings he was happy with that feeling , but he was so worried to be discovered  and lose that respect .

George still lost , like many other young man who don’t continue their study , they feel tired and bored so they want to change their life in an way but they don’t know that they here to change in themselves first and they here to find the right way , then they wont be lost .

goerge was also wanted to find the right way he needed a light to show him the right way that light was Mr. cattanzara .

Mr. cattanzara knew about George he knew that he lied about the book and that George , he knew that George lied about the books and that he didn’t read any book , and how did Mr. cattanzara knew that the only himself was exactly like George one day he was also lost .

no one had shown him the way , the right way so he told George “don’t do what I did ” , Mr. cattanzara was one of those young men who lost their ways and wouldn’t get rid of the heavy load on their shoulders .

so Mr. cattanzara was always drunk in order to forget the wrong way which he took and led him to be the person who never was accepted by Mr. cattanzara .

Mr. cattanzara wanted George and to understand his massage that he still has the opportunity to prove that he was the ability to be the man who can have the big house , the pretty wife , the money , and the most important thing to have the respect of others .

Mr. cattanzara with his words to George would open George’s eyes to the truth , to the fact that he is young and the way is in front of him and its never late , George can realize the massage and in some point he goes to the hundred books .

I think that all the young men need someone like Mr. cattanzara to wake them understand the life better and they should understand the education is a future , and everyone needs to be educated because its the best way to find your self and not to be lost .
