Ingredents
2 glasses thin bulgur
*1.5 cups of hot water
* tomato paste
* pepper paste
*2 cucumbers
* scallion
*1/2 bunch of parsley
*1/2 bunch of curly lettuce
*lemon juice
* olive oil
* salt
* sumac
* mint
How to make it ?
Take an oval pot of fine bulgur. Mix pepper and tomato paste with hot water.
Leave it for 15 minutes after wetting fine bulgur with salty hot water.
For sauce; mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper mint and sumac in a small bowl.
Blend the greens with the fine bulgur .
Add the sauce you prepared and serve it.
