1. Crochet

In Spain, you can find a variety of baked and fried croquettes that combine ingredients with béchamel sauce in almost every restaurant or ham (sometimes made with secret recipes) or bacalao (Atlantic cod fish). Creamy cheese (queso) croquettes become a smooth flavor group or are found in unique Spanish spices. Try black sausage (morcilla) or Spanish blue cheese (queso de Cabrales) besides croquettes.

2. Tortilla Espanola

Spanish omelets are a must for breakfast. It is a great aperitif (or meal) for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and of course most of the omelettes you will encounter in Spain are potatoes. Just like croquettes, tortillas can be found in almost every bowl and in different recipes. The best is from a combination of gently cooked, caramelized onion and potato olive oil, then a soft sweet taste is created after the egg is added and presented as a thick cake. It can also be served between bread to make a bocadillo (sandwich) to make it a delicious Spanish snack.

3. Gazpacho veya Salmorejo

This delicious, chilled tomato soup can be seen in supermarkets and menus in various parts of the world. The refreshing Spanish gazpacho, made with full-flavored Spanish tomatoes, is also called salmorejo. It is usually consumed as an appetizer, and sometimes it is drunk with the intent of a bowl or glass cup soup. This consistently thick soup is made from a mixture of fresh tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, garlic, onions, vinegar and herbs. In summer there is excellent Spanish food as well as a low calorie and healthy meal. Salmorejo is a similar Andalucian version, combined with bread, tomato, garlic and vinegar; at the same time served cold.

4. Pisto – İspanyol Ratatouille

This vegetarian Spanish dish is served as a meal in Spain, served with appetizers, appetizers, meats or with a fried egg on top. It is a Spanish class of tomato, pepper, zucchini, onion, garlic and of course olive oil. It can be confronted in the restaurants around Spain, especially in the towns of La Mancha plains in the south of Madrid.

6. Pulpo a la Gallega

This boiled octopus dish has a unique flavor with three simple items underneath the pasta: pepper (pimento), rock salt and olive oil. Pulpo a la gallega, a Galician dish, can be found at many Galician restaurants around Spain, and especially at many octopus restaurants in Poland. This dish, which is one of Spain’s most popular flavors, is usually served on a potato or wooden plate. Traditionally copper is cooked in boilers; which gives the octopus a unique taste that can not be achieved compared to other cooking methods.
