Eren Yeager (エレン・イェーガー Eren Yēgā^?, alt. “Eren Jaeger”^[a]) is a fictional character appearing as the protagonist from the manga series Attack on Titan by Hajime Isayama. Eren is a teenager who swears revenge on enormous creatures known as Titans that devour his mother. In order to defeat the Titans, Eren, alongside his childhood friends Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert, enlist in the Military and join the Survey Corps—an elite group of soldiers who fight Titans outside the walls. As the story progresses it is revealed Eren has the power of becoming a Titan which mankind uses to their advantage to defeat their enemies.

In the anime adaptation of the series, Eren has been voiced by Yūki Kaji in Japanese and Bryce Papenbrook in English. In the live-action film adaptation, he is portrayed by Haruma Miura. Critical reception to Eren’s character has been mixed. While some critics called him a stereotypical male lead character, his actions across the story led to shocks and praises. Eren has also been popular within the Attack on Titan fanbase and anime in general.

Levi has short, straight black hair styled in an undercut, as well as narrow, intimidating grey eyes with dark circles under them and a deceptively youthful face. Mount Wakakusa (若草山 Wakakusa-yama^?), also known as Mount Mikasa (三笠山 Mikasa-yama), is a 342 m (1,122 ft) high mountain located in Nara, Nara Prefecture, Japan, to the east of Nara Park.

Wakakusa is burned in an annual festival known as Yamayaki (山焼き literally “mountain roast”; common translation: “prescribed burn”). ^[1] The tradition supposedly originated from a boundary dispute between two temples, Todai-ji and Kōfuku-ji in 1760. As the mediations failed, the entire mountain was set ablaze. Other explanations suggest the extermination of wild boars or pests as a result. The festival today begins with a ceremonial igniting by members of both temples, followed by a fireworks display. The festival has been postponed due to poor weather in the past.

In his childhood, Armin wore a long-sleeved single-buttoned jacket with a collared shirt, long dress-pants and dress shoes.^[4]As a member of the 104th Trainees Squad, Armin wore the standard 104th Trainees Squad uniform.
