The Life of a Water Molecule

My life as a water molecule is a continuous cycle. I was born as an ocean molecule. Tomorrow Summer Picking Season starts. If your not a molecule like me then you probably don’t know what that is. Its where the sun’s heat energy and every minute a young molecule is chosen to evaporate into the clouds.

I got chosen! It feels so awesome to evaporate, I feel so weightless! I’ve almost reached the clouds, and I’m there.

A lot of other water particles are crowding around something. I wonder what it is. Its a dust particle. I’m starting to feel really heavy. I think I’m condensing! I’m heading towards the soil. Where do I go from here? Its hard to move around in the soil. I can’t see anything but soil.

I’m starting to evaporate again, probably because its so hot! I’m back up in the clouds. I wonder if I can find another dust particle because condensing was fun. I want to see where it takes me. I see one, how come there’s not a lot of particles gathering, and now there is. I’m condensing and precipitating into a…..lake!

It feels so warm and tropical in here. I’ll definitely be evaporating soon. Wait, an animal is coming, what’s it doing? Oh no, its going to drink me! Ew, I’m inside its mouth!
