Every advancement we have experienced has driven our will to share this happiness, and let it enter the hearts of those around us.

That is the reason for which we have collected this knowledge, which stems from enlightened individuals. Everything that has done us good, brought a different perspective upon ourselves and life itself and improved our thoughts towards our environment.

We understood that in order to begin to live life in it’s pure form we need to be filled with positive, loving energy everyday of our lives, for when we believe in it, it will radiate to those around us. It is crucial that we take the time to recharge.

This collection of knowledge is intended for that specific recharge we all require, simply opening the book at random to connect with our inner-self, rest a hand on our heart, close our eyes, listen to our breath and bless ourselves and those around us.

Filled with light and blessing we must feel our energy echo from within.

long as we make sure to recharge everyday, just as we eat and drink, that is how we will remain radiant, connected to ourselves, our environment, to the creation and our self-love.

Life will be easier, more pleasant, more loving and we will remain fulfilled.. It is very powerful! but we can only feel this way if we remain charged.

When we are empty we are tired, we lack patience, we complain, we become angry  -not fun at all.. and that affects our environment and comes back to us like a boomerang

So let us recharge and connect to this book everyday whenever we can, listen to your breath, love yourself, connect to yourself, embrace yourself and thank everyone in your life

Every morning ask myself these questions…

What am I thankful for?

What am I happy about?

How do I want to feel today?

When you get out of bed it is recommended to brush the body with a brush or towel in order to wake up your lymphatic system.

Brushing from the edges of all your limbs towards your heart.

Take a deep breath and open your heart to a new day.

Yoga is the present to your body and soul which assists breathing, posture, balance and overall tranquillity.

A wonderful feeling of lengthening and widening your body.

Movement paired with deep breathing will assist your flow,

awareness and relax the hard tensed areas.

you can include meditation to improve connections.

A good time for blessing, praying, hugging.

Treat yourself to a shake filled with goodness

recipe for morning shake with superfood

banana

green apple

quarter pineapple

tbsp. chia seeds

tbsp. goji berries

tbsp. coconut flakes

tbsp. cacao nibs

tbsp. flax seeds

and frozen Spirulina

everything in a blender and good morning!

Superfood shake allows you to create a good day faster and remain refreshed out of joy.

incorporate eating an apple with a teaspoon of honey to give energy to your body.

Help your immune system remain healthy by eating clean, without hormones, chemicals, fluoride or antibiotics.

Sing and sing, the more the better, even if you’re making up songs with words that have been forgotten.
