The Comet

                                                    Chapter 1

                                                   The scream

I was standing at the bus stop. Waiting for the bus. Surprisingly nobody was here except me and my friend Ryan. We have been waiting here for a long time and the bus seems to not have come yet which was a bit weird. I could hear the bus or some vehicle that sounded like the bus but the bus just never came “Bruh do you think that the bus will come or not!?” asked Ryan. “IDK bro” I said “what do you say we just walk to school?” “sure that is a great idea!” said Ryan. We started to walk and I pulled out my phone, I texted my mom that we were going to walk to school instead of taking the bus because it looked like we had missed the bus. The trees looked a little different than how they usually looked. The trees almost looked like the life was just sucked out. Then we heard a blood curdling scream. Me and Ryan fell to the floor like something stabbed us. We looked to where the scream came from but we saw nothing… I touched my chest to see if there was any blood but I saw nothing. “what hell was that!!!” I screamed. “I know right, it felt like I got stabbed and pushed. How did it feel for you- “SAME HERE!!!” I cut him off. We both looked up and saw Sam. “Bro what the hell are the two of you doing on the ground! Are you two doing the world’s slowest push up or cleaning the sidewalk with your face!?” asked Sam. “Shut up Sam!” said Ryan. “Alright come on let’s go to school. I’m pretty sure we are dead late.” said Sam. “Oh no let’s run!!” I screamed. “Whoa chill bro we can make it before math bell’ said Sam. “yeah but we still are going to get detention!” said Ryan. “Yeah but only for 2 days so we are good but if we are later we might be able to get 2 days OFF. I mean 2 days of suspension.!” said Sam. Just then I thought back to that scream. “Hey Sam did you hear that scream” I asked. “What scream Jonathan!” said Sam. for some reason I felt like I should stop talking about the scream so i did. I just said “nevermind. But the thing is even if we get detention I don’t care because we’re kinda use to getting detention so yeah!”. Even though we were late for school we ran to school just because we don’t want to get marked as absent.

                                                 Chapter 2

                                                   teacher

“CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOURSELF JONATHAN!” screamed the teacher. My teacher is kind of a psycho usually so I don’t really mind because I’m used to her screaming like this. “YOU KNOW WHAT JONATHAN I SO BORED GIVING YOU DETENTION THAT I’M JUST NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU A DETENTION!!!!!!” she yelled. I sat down in my desk and saw a note. The note read “stay out of our property” whatever that meant. I just ripped the note in pieces and threw it in the recycling bin. *** the bus took me Ryan, and Sam to the bus stop. We all got off the bus. “You know we didn’t do anything that bad to get detention right?!” said Ryan. there was a pile of snow on the ground, or more like ice because I can’t even tell that it’s snow because it looks like ice. I picked up a piece and showed it to Ryan. “Bro I’m gonna throw this piece of ice on you because you were making me mad.” I joked. And then I pointed it like I was about to throw it and Ryan ran “oh no!!!!!!!!” he screamed while running. “Get out of the way the ice is coming to you now Sam!” I said to him. He wasn’t too scared of the ice like Ryan but he just backed off and I pointed it like I was about to throw it but I threw it to the ground and it shattered. “Seriously, Jonathan” said Sam as he started walking toward his house. I picked up some more and said “I HAVE SOME MORE!” but he just kept walking. That was funny. I just threw the ice down and shattered it again. I started to walk home and it started to get a little dark. I’m not really a fan of the dark. As Jonathan was walking home he took a little brake and went through the forest and took a look at the stars.

                                                 Chapter 3

                                                 The hobo

The next day…“Ugh my head” I groaned. Alarm *beep beep*. “Ugh shut up” I said as I slammed his hand to shut it off. “get dressed for SCHOOL NOW!!!” Mom screamed “OKAY MOM!!!” I said for the last time “Jeez Jonathan” mumbled. *caw caw caw*

The crow screamed as I got dressed i was so tired

Finally the frickin’ bus is here. “God dang bro it’s actually been a long time since the bus actually frickin’ came!” said Ryan

“Hey guys wait UP!!!!” Sam Exclaimed. “Come on you slowpoke” Ryan said. We all rushed to the bus and just barely got on. “Hey come on this seat is free we all three can sit here” Ryan said. This seat felt kinda different than the usual seat they sit on for some reason but I didn’t mind.“Hey losers!” screamed someone. I recognized that voice like immediately. “God what do you want!” I said. Matthew smirks at me. “Trying to be brave huh’ Johnny!!So who wants a beating” said Matthew. As McCoy was going to punch me Sam and Ryan both kicked him in the Netherlands. “Ha get wrecked” I said. *** When we reached to our bus stop this weird man walked toward us and he said “those 2 are coming” over and over again. I was suspicious about this guy so I asked who he was but he didn’t budge and just kept saying that. As we were slowly walking away from that weird guy, he noticed and jerked his head toward where we were. I saw the way he turned his neck and I knew whoever this guy is, is not a human. His mouth started to open wide revealing rows of teeth. “AH!!!” Me, Ryan, and Sam screamed. The guy started chasing us I ran as fast as I could but something appeared in my hand. It looked like a dagger. It had eyes carved in the handle. Ryan and Sam also got something. Sam got a amazing boomerang that two blades with eyes carved on the layer of the blade. Ryan got a staff which had eyes carved in the handle just like my dagger. As I kept looking at my dagger, the guy just got closer. I knew just what to do. Hey man stop and he did and he said they come then he walked away. *Weirdo Sam said*  

                                               Chapter 4  

                                               The rumor     

Guys when school is over follow me Jonathan said. Sam and Ryan nodded

Okay so what what did you want to show us Sam said. Follow me up this mountain ok Jonathan said. fine Ryan said. Hey where are those things that we got while running from that weird dude Sam said. In my backpack Ryan said. Wow there’s-there’s NOTHING here you bring us here up here for nothing Sam said. wait for it… there it is Jonathan said. Oh i see you wanted to show us the nice sun set Ryan said. Yup Jonathan said. Well it’s nice but we should get going my mom said that she is making taco’s Sam said. Ok let’s go Ryan said. Fine let’s go Jonathan said. Mom i’m home where are you? Jonathan said. I’m in the living room come here i got something for you crystal said. Ok a i’m here what did you get me Jonathan said. I got you a dog!!!! Crystal said. YES!!!! Thank you mom i said. Your welcome crystal said. What kind of dog is it? Jonathan asked. A doberman crystal said. Flashback…. Mom why is dad leaving us because… hey hey Jonathan JONATHAN oh sorry mom i was thinking about dad Jonathan said a bit sad. Oh… i’m sorry baby mom said trying to make it ok…but it didn’t. Mom you don’t have to apologize THAT GARBAGE BIN IS NOTHING AND HE SHOULD BE SORRY THAT THAT that… ugh mom no one deserves you ok you are special ok. So what should i name him is it a him? Jonathan said. yes mom said. Ok i’ll call you hurricane Woof woof he likes that name ok hurricane that’s your name Jonathan said. well it’s time for dinner mom said. So what what’s for dinner mom. Beef and rice okay. Next day… hey boy who’s a good dog who’s a good dog hey boy come look come you see that that’s a lot of crows right grrrrr what’s wrong boy grrrr WOOF WOOF WOOF grrr. Why is he doing that? Jonathan thinking. Come on boy let’s go want to go for a walk boy woof woof okay let me get my coat ok. Okay let’s go mom i’m going to take the dog for a walk okay Jonathan said. Ok be safe okay crystal said. Hey Ryan you there hold up i’m coming what is it oh is that your dog. Yea. so do you want to come. Yea sure give me a sec k. Ok. alright let’s go. Hey dude go tell your mom you’re coming with me k. K. hey mom i’m going with Jonathan okay.  Okay don’t get hurt okay. Okay bye. So we getting Sam or what Ryan said. No i said. Oh ok. Nice dog what’s his or her’s name Ryan said. His name is hurricane i said. Nice name Ryan said. Thanks i said. Hey did you hear that this town is really bad Ryan said. What dude no i didn’t hear anything about that that’s dum how is this town bad i said. Dude people say that kids mysteriously vanish and are never seen again and some hear children crying but they don’t sound right They sound like echo’s creepy right Ryan said nervously checking his surroundings. Buddy this town is not bad i said. Okay let go back home okay sure i said lets go.

                                              Chapter 5

                                             The arrival                                                      

Saturday Jonathan room: *beep beep* “my god one of these days i’m going to get a hammer and smash you into bits” Jonathan turned off the alarm. Man i’m hungry mom i’m hungry i said. make something mom said. God fine Jonathan *mumbled*. Woof woof. Oh hey boy did you sleep good as i scratched him behind the ears. *knocking at the door* huh who is that i said. *Hey open up*. Ryan is that you?. Yea dude. Oh let me open the door. Thanks Ryan said. Dude why are you here it’s so early man i said. Sorry dude the reason i came here is that i wanted to tell you that did you look outside your window? Ryan said eagerly. No? What is it did something happen? What i said. Yes!!! Something did happen where’s your room? Jonathan who is that? Mom said. Its Ryan i said. Oh okay she replied. Any way i’ll show you my room i said. OK Ryan said. *Jonathan’s room*. Okay what did you want to show me? I said. Okay so a comet just came out of nowhere and guess it landed Ryan said. Where i said. just guess Ryan said. The street? I said. Oh my GOD no it hit that place where all those dead trees are at up on that mountain. That creepy place ugh that place gave me goosebumps i said. Yea that place and the comet was bright green like it was radiating some sort of power and it made no sound nothing nada zero Ryan said. Really i said?. Really Ryan said. Okay so do you want to check it out tomorrow night Ryan said. Sure i said. Okay but i need to tell Sam okay Ryan said. Okay i said. Oh and bring the knife just in case k Ryan said. Okay i said.

                                                  Chapter 6

                                                       encounter

Night time. Huh what’s that? Sam’s dad said. What was that crawling on the roof? Sam’s dad said. Sam’s dad grabs rifle. Slowly opens front door. Peeks. Steps out of house aims rifle looking through scope. Who’s there hello Sam’s dad said. Monster jumps off roof and roars. Bang Sam’s dad miss bang hits monster. The monster is unaffected. What the Sam’s dad said. Slash. the monster cuts Sam’s dad in three parts. Sam’s dad’s head fell off the torso fell off and legs fell off. Blood started to make a waterfall and the monster ate every single bit of the father then it ran away. Huh? Dad dad where are you what was that loud boom dad? Dad your not in your room? Dad dad!! Where are-ugh dad?DAD no no no no no no no no NO why who did this why Sam said in great sorrow.

                                              Chapter 7

                                                   Accident

Sunday crystals room. *snore snore*. *ring ring ring*. Huh what what’s that oh it’s just my phone it’s Sam why would he need to call me ? what is it Sam crystal said. Mrs crystal my dad died Sam said sobbing. WHAT crystal said surprised. I’m coming right now. no need i already buried him Sam said. Oh i’m so sorry crystal said. Sam i’m coming to pick you up crystal said. Sam i’m coming just stay put OK crystal said. OK Sam said. OK almost there crystal said to herself.  loud roar what was that- ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the monster jumped on the car and opened the car roof and tried to grab her crystal was petrified and was brutally hurt near her ribs for some reason and her arm was broken and she was bleeding out of her mouth. Oh god oh god oh god she mumbled as she tried to talk but couldn’t because she was bleeding from the mouth the car was going to blow up she needed to get out oh god someone help please help please crystal said. hey lady i’m coming to help someone said. oh thank you crystal said. Lady i’m going to bring you to the hospital okay the guy said. Okay crystal said.                                 

                                               Chapter 8

                                                      Finale

Hospital. *Ring ring* hello Jonathan said. Honey i’m in the hospital crystal said. Why? Jonathan said. Because i had an accident crystal said. I’m coming right now Jonathan said. No don’t i’ll call an uber to pick up Sam he’s coming to the house okay crystal said because his dad died crystal said. Mom your going to be okay right? Jonathan said. Yes i’ll be fine crystal said. Okay goodbye i said. Bye crystal said.Jonathan’s house.*Ring ring* hey Ryan Jonathan said . What Ryan said. So Sam is coming to my house i said. Okay and? Ryan said. Well Sam’s dad died i said . Oh Ryan said surprised. Yea so we still going i said. Yea Ryan said. oh okay what time i said. At 6:11 k Ryan said. Okay i oh and by the way i’m bringing my dog i said.  6:11 creepy mountain. Where are they? Jonathan said. Well i’m just going to take a look at the comet stay hurricane i said. Whoa it’s radiating i wonder what happens when i touch it i said. It started to crack then the comet broke in half and something inside from it fell to the ground. something was rising up. there was a another one?. It turned around. it had green eyes, weird horns and wings and it’s mouth it was hanging and smiling the other one turned around both were looking at me. The second one had huge arms and also had weird horns but this one had its teeth connected to its mouth and horns. I started running but the one with huge arms was close behind while the one with wings was in the air. The one with the huge arms was so close it literally was able to touch my back. It started to pull me back but I just kept running but suddenly the one with the wings jumped in front of me and slowly walked to me. He pounced on me and growled the one on the back stared at me from the back. He came and stood next to the one with the wings.  The one with wings held my neck and was choking me. The other one pinned my arms down. I started to bleed. Coughing up blood. I screamed. They both opened their mouth and came close to me. I felt their teeth on my neck. I closed my eyes and then… hurricane came and ran to the monsters and jumped at them and the monster who was pinning my arms attacked hurricane so i had enough time to grab my dagger and stabbed the one with huge arms in the hand and something seemed to happen. The monster’s green disgusting blood spilled out and then, it’s arm started to burn. It slashed me and I fell. The monster hit hurricane hard and I screamed hurricane no! I ran towards the dog, and saw him. He was hit on his leg but other than that, he was fine. Go home buddy I said and he waddled home. The flying monster swooped down on me and grabbed my arm. My arm started to bleed and my bone started to hurt as well. Then sam and ryan came wepons drawn and ready for battle i told hurricane to run so he did and i ran to ryan and sam and we started running we didn’t fight because we didn’t know how but the monster’s were chasing us the one that had long arms was swinging on the trees getting closer and closer then out of nowhere the one with wings shot down tried to hit us we dodged it but it made a huge crater then out of the dust the monster jumped at us then Ryan swung his staff and turned into a scythe and the monster was hit back and i said hell yeah let’s go. Me and Sam drew are weapons and ready for battle you guys ready let’s go i said. Sam said yea!!!. as we ran into battle me and Sam’s weapons started to change. My dagger slowly formed into a sword and Sam’s boomerang broke into two blades. The huge monster tried to swing at us but we dodged it and i used it’s arm to swing myself up so i can stab it in the head. Sam!!! Go distract it OK now go!!! I said. So let’s see what you got big guy Sam said. Eat this!!!!!!! I said. the monster with huge arms was stabbed in the eye and my sword dug through its body and it’s green disgusting blood spilled everywhere. Take this went Sam and Ryan then Sam cut off the monster with wings arms off and to finish it off Ryan sliced through it with his scythe. We won we we won hell yeah guys we won i said. Woohoo Ryan and Sam said. Alright we need to bury these monsters you guys i said. Hey i think i can use my scythe as a shovel Ryan said. Alright let’s go. OK i think we’re done you guys i said let’s go home i said. Jonathan what happened to the dog mom said. Hmm we fell really hard. Go bed and your going to the hospital mom said. Okay mom i said. *Next day*. Get ready for the hospital Jonathan mom said. Okay i said. Hospital. So your son will be in the hospital for 2 days doctor 1 said. Yep doctor 2 said. So ugh get out like right now goodbye bye yo if you don’t get out right now yo will run these hands doctor 1 said.  Day 2 hospital. Hey guys how are you doing i said. Good Sam said. Great Ryan said. Okay so i’m going now i said. Okay well leave Ryan said. Goodbye Sam said. Next day get ready for school mom said. Hey you guys you ready for school?. Yea Sam said. Hmm Ryan said. BOOM. WHAT WAS THAT?!?!?!
