Swimming is a progress in the water diving or floating on the water through the extremities and through the swimming body movement is a popular recreational activity.
Swimming is good for health and fitness.
The swim helps for body develop.

Katie” Ledecky
Kathleen Genevieve “Katie” Leslie was born on March 17,
1997 and is an American swimmer, twice in a row Olympic champion in a 800m
freestyle relay (London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro 2016), with 6 Olympic medals
including 5 gold, 3 times in a row World champion (Barcelona 2013, Kazan
2015 and Budapest 2017) and the current World Cup (2018) in swimsuits to
400 meters freestyle, 800 meters freestyle and 1500 meters freestyle.
