“My turn!” I told my brothers as they hopped off the trampoline. The trampoline had metal bars all around to keep it sturdy when a lot of weight is on it. I hopped on and just started jumping. Then my brothers went inside to their rooms upstairs because they were already getting bored. After a little while of jumping normally I started doing 1 trick. So I did 1 trick over and over again. The trick was basically jumping up and then landing in sitting position and then vise versa.

“Dinner!” My mom screamed to me outside and my brothers in the rooms upstairs. When I stopped doing my trick and started to get off I wasn’t paying attention to the trampoline.Since I wasn’t paying attention to it in motion when I was walking off off My foot was wedged in the springs like a bear in a trap.I then fell forward and my foot started to get even more wedged in the trampoline and then “WHAM!” I face planted and my stomach hit a metal bar. “OWWW!” I screamed in achany. Then my parents came running out screaming in unison. Even my dog Bella came running out.

“Are you OK Thomas?!”.
“I’m OK just a couple of scratches.”
“I am a little hurt but i’m fine.”
“Phew, we thought you were really hurt.”
“Ya, my head, face and stomach hurt from the bar and floor.”
“Bella, stop licking me i’m ticklish!”
After my mom and dad helping me get unstuck and inside I had dinner and took a shower because the wood chips were all over me.
Also, later that night I threw up and some of the wood chips came out. The reason I threw up was because I hit my stomach hard. I even had dinner right after so I knew what was gonna happen next.
It can also never happen to me again because a couple years later the trampoline flew over our neighbor’s fence. That was when SuperStorm Sandy happened. I still missed the trampoline though I did still have a lot of fun on it. Now it comes to mind I fell off of everything in my backyard.
After all the commotion I learned don’t rush everything and be careful. I also learned to not mess with nature when it has a trampoline. It was a good lesson to learn. Even though I learned it the hard way. Now since that happened I will never forget it. This is the meaning of Trampoline Mistake.
