Candy Cane Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
1 cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
25 cups of flour
Instructions
preheat the oven to 375 degrees
first, blend your butter, shortening, and powdered sugar.
mix everything else together
Once you have the dough divide the dough into 1/2, 1/2 add 1/2 tsp of red food coloring
the refrigerate for 24 hours
after the 24 hours twist the 2 doughs into smaller section together
put in the oven in oven at 375 until the side begins to look a golden brown
sprinkle sugar onto baked goods

Ingredients
1 package of mac & cheese
1 can of 15 og tomato sauce
1 package of hamburger
Cook hamburger until brown/160 degrees.
Now to make the hamburger sauce first, add tomato sauce and cheese of mc & cheese to hamburger.
Cook noodles from mac & cheese
Drain the noodles
Then mix them all together
Peanut Brittle
(Use an electric fry pan or a heavy skillet)
1 c of sugar
1/2 c of raw peanuts
2 T of water
1/2 T baking soda
1/2 T salt
2 T butter
Mix in frying pan, stirring constantly
Boil for 7 minutes
take off heat & add salt + baking soda
stir the butter and pour into puttered pan
Cool and break apart
Party Potatoes
6 cups of shredded cooked potatoes
1-pint sour cream
1 bunch of onions
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1 1/2 pinch of salt
pepper to top
Combine ingredients reserving 1 1/2 cup cheese. put into a greased casserole dish. sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake uncovered to 30-45 mins at 350 degrees.
Beef Stir-fry
2 tbs of vegatable oil
1 lb of sirloin
1 1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 red pepper
2 carrots
1 green onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs of soy sauce
2 tbs of seasame seeds
Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir beef until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes. Stir beef into vegatables and season with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 2 more minutes.
