Hello,
As you know,there is a dangerous virus called the Corona, all over the world. It is killing a lot of people, so our government decided to put us all in isolation. Here is what we did during the quarantine.

Hila Shenhav:
Sport in quarantine- I started to do a lot of sport since the quarantine began. I did the “Chloe Ting Challenge” for two weeks and I succeeded.
I started doing three workout routines in one week, and before the quarantine I only did one workout routine in one week!
I wish I can continue my workout routines after we back to school.

Food in quarantine- I started to cook and bake a lot of thing in quarantine! I baked cakes and cookies, I cooked noodles and special salads.
I like cooking and baking it make me feel more relaxed. It’s so fun.
I also started eating healthier, trying to eat well, not eating when I bored. I also made healthy things like healthy cookies and fruit yogurt.

Netfix in quarantine- I watched a lot of series all the free time I had at home.
I started to see a lot of series that I hadn’t even finished yet, like- “Prison break”, “Gossip girl” and “The blacklist”.
There are series I used the quarantine to finally finish them, like- “Lucifer” and “Never I have ever”.
I wish I can continue watching series when we back to school but unfortunately, I don’t have time to watch the series because I have a lot of load in my regular studies.

Scouts in quarantine- because of the quarantine we couldn’t make the Scout meeting, so instead we met on “Zoom”.
It was very nice and fun.
I learned new game group in the computer, and it was a new experience for me.
I can get used to it!!
My instructor kept in touch with us and even came to our houses and brought us little present!

Amit Haimson:
sport-
In quarantine, it was very important for me, to keep my sport routine in my daily schedule.
During the quarantine, I decided to follow Chloe Ting.
She is famous on YouTube and has 7 million followers, she has many sport programs and I did a 14-day challenge following another challenge for 28 days.
In addition, I did my training lessons on Zoom with my sport teacher.
We trained every Sunday and Tuesday.
The sport gave me very good vibes and I really enjoyed it, it made my day better.

Food –
While at home, I made a lot of food:
I never thought I had the talent to cook and bake such yummy things, it made me happy to see my family enjoy and comment good things about my food.
Every day I made smoothies with a lot of fruit.
My favorite smoothie is made of kiwi and banana.
The one thing that made me happy was to make a biscuit cake. I made the biscuit cake and it was so easy, I didn’t even use the oven, it made me happy to see my parents eat the cake. They usually don’t eat sweets because they want to eat healthy, but with my biscuit cake they made an exception.
Even my family’s friends ate the cake and said it was so delicious! their son Is a Baker And I didn’t believe they enjoyned it so much, Even that I made it for the first time.
As well,I made some very good cookies, you can see the recepie in the video I made.

Family-
As my family and I were home together, we played a lot of games. the one I like the most is Cluedo and my dad usually wins.
Also my parents celebrated their anniversary, my little sister and I made them breakfast and we created a cinema at home.
during quarantine, my sister celebrated her fifteenth birthday and we bought her a present on the Internet, she was so happy.
It was one of the best days in the quarantine

Education-
After all the fun was over, we started a whole month of Zoom lessons. Every day I learned for five hours. We got homework at different subjects.
I had computer lessons about a project and we had to build a game.
While we were in quarantine, I used the time to take math lessons with my teacher using zoom.

Amit Horev:
Sport-
In the beginning of the quarantine, I decided that I would stay fit. This is what I did to keep fit and stay healthy.
My first step was to follow a two week programme by Chloe Ting, an Australian health and fitness instructor. When the two week challenge was over, I started another two week home fitness programme of 45 minute with my elder sister, Nir. Then, we repeated our first fitness programme again to get the best result. When we finished the two week workout we started a 35 day programme by Chloe Ting. We are still doing it daily. In addition, we practiced Karate twice a week.
Doing sport really helps me keep healthy and it also improves my mood.

Cooking and Baking-
During the time we spent at home, I cooked and baked more than usual.
I love cooking since it makes me feel happy. It relaxes me and I like to see my family enjoying the food I make.
I baked a lot with my little brother, Tomer, who likes to bake more than eat.
The one thing I enjoyed baking the most was chocolate souffle.
I always order chocolate souffle when we go to a restaurant. It is my favorite dessert. I was surprised to learn that making it is very easy. The baking time is the most important step to a perfect souffle. You have to keep it in the oven for exactly ten minutes.The funny thing is that I forgot to put the timer on and took it out exactly when it was right. It was delicious.

My family-
During our stay at home, my family and I got closer. In the beginning I thought that I was going to stay in my room all day but I didn’t. We got to know each other better and we spent most of the day doing different activities together. For example, we gardened, played board games, watched movies, cooked, baked and did sports together.
Thanks to my family, I had a good time at home and was never bored.

Studying at Home-
I learned many things during the Corona days. In addition to doing my regular school work, I also focused on improving my English and math. I practiced these two subjects every day and now I feel more confident. In English, I used Yoel Geva’s internet site and I also used an application called Ewa which helped me a lot. I feel that I used the time we had at home very well.
