It all started last week Wednesday afternoon.  I came home from school to find a strange little red car outside my house.

While I was making a sandwich, I looked out of the window again.  The car was now in our driveway!!  It had moved!

I took my sandwich outside and looked inside the car.  There was no driver.  The car started moving toward me. I was very scared!!  I ran back inside the house.

The car was now hooting at me.  It seemed to be laughing at me!  I want my mom to come home!!

Now I heard someone laughing out aloud!  I looked out of the window again.  My friend from next door was standing in the driveway laughing and laughing.

He greeted me with a silly smile on his face.  I wanted to hit him!  What was going on?

Only when he offered me the remote control did I calm down.  It was such fun!  We could control a  little red car just by pushing a few buttons.

We decided to take the little red car to Jonny’s house and play a trick on him too!
