Dorothy lives with her aunt Em and uncle Henry on a farm in Kansas. One day there was a big storm with a tornado that took Dorothy and her dog Toto to the Land of Oz. Dorothy’s house landed on the evil witch from the east and crushed her to death.

The good witch of the north thanked Dorothy for killing the evil witch of the east. The witch of the north brought to Dorothy the shoes of the evil witch and told her that sometimes the shoes can do wonderful things. The witch told Dorothy that if she wanted to go home she should go to the Wizard of Oz wo is in the city of Emerald.

On the way to emerald city Dorothy meets the scarecrow who complains that he has no brain.

After that she met the tin man who complains that he has no heart.

Then she met the cowardly lion who complains that he is a coward.

All the characters want to reach the Wizard from Oz  to fulfill their wishes. After a long journey the group reaches a magician who tells them that they need to kill the evil witch from the west in order to fulfill their wishes.

The group reached the evil witch from the west, while fighting all the friends of Dorothy were captured, in the end Dorothy managed to kill the witch thanks to a bucket of water she poured on her and thus the witch dissolved.

The group returned to Emerald city and discovered that the Wizard from Oz is not a wizard. The wizard made all the characters think they had achieved what they wanted except Dorothy who still does not know how to return home.

Dorothy and her friends go to the good witch from the south who tells Dorothy that by tapping on her shoes three times she can get anywhere she wants in the world, Dorothy does what the witch told her and goes back to Kansas.
