Synopsis on the flim:

There was a boy and a girl who were called El and Lee. They were born on the same day and time and in the same hospital in Los Angeles and have been best friends ever since! When they were 6 years old they made a rulebook about their girlfriends and they promised not to break the rules! Lee had a big brother who had been in love with him since she was little and when she reached the age of 16 they fell in love and were secretly together and hid it from me because in a rule book they wrote at age 6 it was written that it is forbidden to be in a relationship with his brother and from there everything is history …

The story:The film has two children named Al and Lee, they were both born on the same day
and time in the same hospital.
Their mothers were best friends, Al and Lee became best friends and they wrote a
Friends book that listed all the laws that should not be violated.
Lee had a brother named Noah and all the girls were in love with him.
Al and Lee decide to set up a “kissing booth” for a school carnival. The two have
trouble finding people who will agree to attend the booth, so they went to the usual
girls in a tier called OMG.
OMG have agreed to attend the booth and to help them only on the condition that
hatred will attend the booth.
“The kissing booth” was a success, and OMG found out that Noah didn’t come to
the booth, so they pushed Al to the booth, to kiss with a nerdy boy from the tier
instead of Noah, and they kissed.
Then, they were secretly together and hid it from Lee because a law book listed in
Law No. 9 relatives are off limits, including Noah. And he didn’t want Noah to hurt
Lee either. 

Lee found out they were together, and he was hurt that she violated the
law. So she broke up with Noah, and she was no longer in contact with
Lee and Noah.
After a few weeks, Al reconciled with Lee and they celebrated a birthday
together, at the time of the party Al was tired of hiding her feelings for
Noah so she told Lee that she wanted to be with Noah and he agreed
that they would be together.
Al told Noah that she loved him and they were together afterwards Noah
flew to study abroad, he had to say goodbye to Al.
He had a farewell party at home and there, Noah decided not to fly
abroad and stay with Al.
