Little Billy can’t fall asleep

Little Billy can’t fall asleep. It’s his first day at his new home.

He tried so many things. But it’s a new place, it’s dark and cold and he can’t find a way to fall asleep.

He tried to sleep under the blanket.. but he didn’t fall asleep.

He tried to sleep up side down with his legs up and his head on the floor… but he didn’t fall asleep.

He tried to sleep under the bad with his toys.. but he didn’t fall asleep.

Billy started to cry and yell: “What will I do???”

Suddenly, a rat came. Popi the rat.

“What happend little Billy?” asked Popi.

“I can’t fall asleep” Billy said.

“I have an idea… when I want to fall asleep I count the stars. Let’s count them together.” said Popi.

“1… 2… 3…”

“No!!” said little Billy in sadness. “I don’t know how to cound over 3!”

“What happend little Billy?” said Arthur the bird.

“I can’t fall asleep” said Billy.

“I have tried so many things but I just don’t find a way”.

“Oh.. that’s easy” Arthur said. “When I want to fall asleep I just read a book”.

Billy took a book from the shelf, opened it with his own mouth but…

“Ho no!!!” cried Billy. “I don’t know how to read”.

Suddenly, someone turned on the lights.

“what’s going on here?” said Amy. “what happend to you little puppy? are you afraid? well.. it’s your first day here.. let me take you to my bed”

Sweet Amy took Billy, hold him in her arms and took him with her to her bed…

“good night little puppy” said Amy.

Little Billy finally fell asleep.
