In my opinion, in contemporary society there should be no difference between men and women, because women are capable of many.
Since ancient times, women have been imprisoned, being cataloged as mere tools that men can use.
Nowadays, women are much more productive, more serious, more interested and more focused on the achievements of society.
women are capable of:
1. to show empathy, being an unconditional support in difficult situations
2. to organize everything in such a way that productivity is continuous
3. become role models
4. to work hours together in order to achieve the objectives
5. to do many things at once

therefore, women are able to cope with the stress of today as any man does, so they should not be discriminated against.

Those responsible for children and teens need support in every society. Offering the bus seat to a pregnant woman, advocating the installation of children’s changing rooms in all bathrooms in shopping centers (not only in the women’s facilities) and asking that companies guarantee maternity and paternity leave are all necessary actions.

The work of caring for children is still done mainly by women in much of the world. A report released by the UN in 2015 points out that women from developing countries do over three hours more of daily unpaid work (household chores and childcare) than men, while in developed countries, they do, on average, two hours more.
