Tradycyjna polska kuchnia nie zawsze jest zdrowa, ale bardzo smaczna.

 

Traditional Polish cuisine isn’t always for healthy living, but very tasty.

Babka marmurkowa

Przepis na ciasto:

 

5 jajek,

1 szklanka cukru,

1 szklanka mąki pszennej,

1 szklanka mąki ziemniaczanej,

1 szklanka oleju,

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia.

 

Sposób wykonania:

 

Ubić mikserem w misce 5 jajek, dodać cukier i dalej ubijać na sztywną pianę. Potem wsypać mąkę pszenną oraz ziemniaczaną i dalej ubijać.

Na końcu dolać olej i wsypać proszek do pieczenia.

Wszystko razem delikatnie wymieszać.

 

Dodatkowo można dodać:

2-3 łyżeczki kakao
Masę podzielić na dwie części i do jednej dodać kakao rozpuszczone  w 2 łyżkach mleka.

Wysmarować blaszkę (korytko) tłuszczem. Wylać gotowe ciasto. Piec ok. 1 godziny w piekarniku o temp. 250o C.  Po wyłożeniu z blaszki i wystygnięciu można posypać babkę cukrem pudrem lub polać czekoladową polewą.

“Babka” –  ‘Marble cake’

Recipe for a cake:

5 eggs,

1 cup of sugar,

1 cup of wheat flour,

1 cup of potato flour,

1 cup of oil,

2 teaspoons of baking powder.

 

Method of preperation:

 

Beat 5 eggs in a bowl with a food mixer, add sugar and keep on beating until stiff. Next, pour wheat and potato flour and beat again. Then pour oil and baking powder. Mix everything together lightly.

 

Additionally
2-3 teaspoons of cocoa
Divide the dough into two parts. Add the cocoa dissolved in 2 tablespoons of milk to one part.

 

Grease a narrow baking tin. Pour the dough. Bake for about an hour in an oven at a temperature of 250o C.

 

After taking the cake off the baking tin and cooling it, you can sprinkle it with castor sugar or pour it with chocolate coating glaze.

Jajecznica

Składniki potrzebne do wykonania ( dla 4 osób):

5 jajek,

2 kiełbaski (śląskie),

plaster boczku,

1 cebula,

szczypiorek,

ćwiartka tłuszczu (masła),

odrobina soli do smaku.

 

Sposób wykonania:

Rozgrzać na patelni tłuszcz. Kiełbasę, boczek i cebulę pokroić w kostkę i wrzucić na rozgrzany tłuszcz, podsmażyć. Roztrzepać widelcem w misce jajka, dodać sól
i wlać na patelnię. Na końcu dodać pokrojony szczypiorek.
Wszystko podsmażyć ok. 2 minuty.

Scrambled eggs

 

Ingredients( for 4 people):

5 eggs,

2 sausages,

a slice of bacon,

an onion,

chives,

a quarter of butter,

a pinch of salt to taste.

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt butter on a frying pan. A sausage, some bacon and an onion cut into cubes and throw on the hot fat, fry it. Whisk eggs with a fork in a bowl, add salt and pour onto a frying pan. At the end, add cut chives.

Fry everything for about 2 minutes.
