First you will find me laying on a leaf. Do not flick me off! But you may come back in just a week. I promise I will hatch into something new!

                 Larva

Hey there! I am a caterpillar but some call me Larva. You may pet me I am fuzzy! But please leave me here since leaves are my source of food. Come back soon and I will be hiding!

                 PUPA

Now I am hiding in my Pupa. I will be back in 15 days! Please come back to see my wings!

Im glad your back, here I am! My name is Betty the Butterfly. I have wings so I can fly now!

Let’s grow our own Butterfly!

Instructions:

1: Buy a life cycle kit which comes with all ingredients

2: Watch your caterpillars through the container until they create a “J” shape. There is no need to feed them as the container already has their food!

3: Once they are in a J shape, transfer them to their pop up net.

4: Watch them turn into cocoons.

5: The cocoons will start to open and here comes the Butterfly wings!

6: Put sugar and water in a container on the bottom of the net.

7: In just a few days you will have Butterflies flying in the net!

8: Have a butterfly release party!
