7:00 AM – BREAKFAST
This is a good example of a breakfast, the first meal of the day, as the name suggests – break the fast.
We can see that Mel ate a PRO Yogurt that contains 20 gr protein! which is essential for starting the day.
He also had porridge with some nuts and fruits containing carbohydrates and fats that will supply him with energy throughout the day!
Notes:
- I would give up the honey on the yogurt because you get enough carbs from the porridge and fruits (and tahles the yogurt is sweet enough, doesn’t it?)
- Good job on cutting the number of nuts and plums on the porridge!

10:00 AM – SMALL BRUNCH
Mel ate salmon and vegetables with yogurt (not in the picture) and a coffee.
It is a balanced meal, containing mostly proteins and fats so for a brunch, in my opinion, you should choose one of them since there are enough calories in one of them for a small balanced meal before lunch.

This is an example of a balanced meal to eat when you are hungry and does not want to ingest any calories!
Good job Mel!:)

01:00 PM – We call it Boker Baktana!
This is an omelet with salad and tahini.
As you may already note, Mel likes to eat small meals throughout the day, which is great if it suits you!

04:00 PM Small Me(a)l
Yogurt with granola, good snack.

09:00 PM – Dinner
A sandwich with tuna and vegetables, isn’t this a fancy sandwich?
And for desert, Mel drank an Actimel 🙂
