Oliver twist

The story takes place in England in 1800 in a workhouse where poor people live. It is a terrible place.

Oliver was born in the workhouse and did not know who his parents were. Oliver’s mother died in his childbirth.

In the workhouse the conditions were difficult, the children slept in a large room, on hard beds and there was not enough food.

Oliver asked the manager for more food because he was very hungry and then the manager hit him in the head, locked him in a room and posted money to anyone who would agree to take Oliver and give him a job. Oliver was in the locked room for a week and cried all the time until he was sold to undertaker who abused him. Oliver run away to London where he started committing crimes and was a pickpocket.

Criminals try to kidnap Oliver and kill him. Oliver’s caregiver rescues him, the criminals are caught and he gets inheritance from his family.

With the money he gets, oliver built an orphanage and the orphans lived happly and lacked nothing.
