Our common story

starts….

Once upon a time there were two children Athena and Hermes who were very good friends. Every day they woke up in the morning and went to school together.

At school and in their classroom they played with bricks and built towers and trains. They loved drawing together with markers, little people, houses, horses and many other things. During the break they played with the ball, ran and built sand castles.  After school they left always together.

In the afternoon they would meet again at the playground. They made a slide, see-saw and liked to eat sandwiches and drink juice.

But one day where they were playing in the playground they saw that a new kid came and asked them to become their friend. His name was Zac. Everyone together felt joy and love. When suddenly, one afternoon when they were all playing together, Zac started wanting to play more only with Athena and not wanting Hermes in the company. He began to chase Hermes away and…

 … at a moment, when nobody was looking at him,

Zac secretly stretched out his leg,

so that Hermes would fall and hit himself!

And… he did it!!!

 Hermes fell down and broke his leg and he went

to the hospital in an ambulance!

In the hospital a doctor put a plaster around his leg

and told him to go home and rest

and he will get better!

 Hermes had to stay in his bed

and he was looking at Athena and Zac playing

from the window of his room!

He was sad and ready to cry!!!

He spent many hours alone

thinking about the beautiful games

he was playing with his friend Athena!

Hermes decided to cry a lot, until he got
over it and kept looking out of his
window. He felt lonely and sad. He had
also anger.

At that time there was an adult passing
by. And he went to help Hermes. He
knocked at his door and asked him if he
wanted to be taken to the playground.

Hermes did not agree because his leg
hurt. The adult will bring Hermes΄ friends.
“I will bring your friends here!” he said.

The adult΄s name was George. He brought
Hermes΄ friends, toasts, an egg and lentil
soup. They all ate together, around a
special table.

After lunch they all went together to Hermes’ room to play with his games. Hermes was very happy to have his friends again

Athena was happy to see Hermes again, she was a little worried that he might get hurt again and she watched him closely. But Zac was angry because he didn’t want to play with Hermes.

Zac at one point raised his hand to strike Hermes.

But Athena saw him and shouted at him to stop.

 Zac didn’t stop.He went on the other side,he raised his left hand and……

and by the time he was ready to hit Hermes,

Athena caught his hand and told him:

-It isn’t  right to hit our friend!!!

…Little hands don’t hit!!

Little hands love

and do wonderful things.

If you keep on behaving like this,

you won’t be my friend anymore!!!

Our friend Hermes is wounded and

felt so sad with your behavior.

          Our friend Hermes

wants our company and  friendship

not your anger and jealousy.
