You’ve seen a position you’re interested in .
  Send your resume, now!
 *First come first served – first top ten applicants that are sent,
usually are the ones to be first reviewed.  .
Then ,out of those ten, the most attractive and suitable 3 or 4 c.v
are ready to be called for an interview . If the process is going well ,
the other resumes that arrived or will arrive are no longer relevant.

* It is recommended to write a cover letter explaining why you are a good fit to this position,  show passion.
Pay careful attention! Besides the job requirements, what is your personal input.
Sometimes it is a huge factor in making a decision and it gives a meaningful advantage over other candidates ,
especially if some candidates offer the same skills and experience.

Employers also pay attention to the following subjects:
 Font size
clear and short sentences
 Do not send a resume with over written words and rows , messages can be conveyed shortly and wisely.

If you wish to earn some extra points, it is recommended to mention
one or more of the following :
Significant Military experience . Volunteering. An important course you’ve taken. Leading / being Involve in a Project. Foreign languages, experience abroad.
Tell something about yourself that can shed light on you
and can shows something about the person you are, beyond the job.

Tip:
It is very important to FOLLOW UP by phone / email, at every stage of the process. See if your resume were received. Mention that you’ll be happy to be called for an interview. Thank the interviewer for the interview and time. .
Find out what is the next stage of  the process . Show the employer how serious and interested you are.
