THE FRUITY BUTTERBEER

For two friends :

1. The beer

First, roast five chestnuts in a cauldron, then peel them and allow them to cool down for ten minutes at least. Put them in a blender.

Next, chop a juicy pear, three tangerines and an apple in small pieces, then pour them in the blender with 30 grams of crushed ice and 20 grams of brown sugar. Scoop out the flesh of a dragon fruit and add it in the blender.

Eventually, add a scoop of lychee icecream, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a teaspoon of orange blossom water and a zest of butterscotch. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency. Add 15 cl of water and mix with a spoon.

Pour the beverage in two big mugs.

2. The foam

With a whip, mix six tablespoons of whipped cream with 10 drops of blueberry flavor and a tablespoon of sugar. Stir vigorously for five minutes, until the cream is light blue and onctuous. Put three spoonfuls of the foam on top of each mug of beer and sprinkle with three pinches of purple sparkling sugar. Let it sit for thirty seconds. Enjoy !

DRAGON’S TOFFEE DRINK

Ingredients:

1 cup of oat milk,

1 cup of cream,

2 glasses of sparkling water,

1/2 cup of crushed ice,

Cinnamon sugar – 3 teaspoons,

1 table spoon of Toffee,

1 tablespoon of Caramal Sirup,

8 strawberries,

Walnuts (1/2 teaspoon)

1/10 of a dragon’s tail

 

RECIPE:

Slice strawberries. Then crush them in a pot. Add a tablespoon of toffee and caramel sirup and a part of the dragon’s tail. Mix all the ingredients. After 10 minutes drain it. Add two glasses of sparkling water and one cup of oat milk. Stir it and pour it into the cups. Next, to improve the taste, add a spoon of cinnamon sugar. In the end, cool the drink with half of the cup of ice and decorate it with some whipped cream and three teaspoons of cinnamon sugar. Voila! You have a dragon toffee!

Rainbow Butterbeer

Ingredients:

20 phoenix tears,

several different floral petals (violet, rose and tulip),

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,

1 cup of cream,

1 tablespoon of sugar,

one pitaya fruit

To make the foam:

Whip a cup of cream, add some vanilla extract and one tablespoon of sugar. Mix all the ingredients and then put the mixture to the fridge for 20 minutes.

Recipe of a drink:

Blend some violet, rose and tulip petals to get colourful drink. Blend each flower alone with a teaspoon of cream and a teaspoon of phoenix tears with large cubes of pitaya. Add some sparkling vanilla water. Then add the cream that was in the fridge.

At the end pour the mixture one colour after another, so we can see the different colours like the rainbow.

BAPANA BUTTERBEER

 

Ingredients:

2 bapanas fruit (a fruit, created by us, which looks like an apple, but it has the taste of a banana),

1 teaspoon vanilla extract,

A half cup of powdered sugar,

1/4 cup of maple syrup,

10 tablespoons of the white part of dragon eggs,

2 teaspoons of butterscoth syrup,

20 g of brewer’s yeast,

one glass of soda made of Bapana,

carbonated water,

5 walnuts,

vanilla custard

the white part of the dragon egg

RECIPE

Slice the bapanas, then add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix the sliced bapanas with walnuts. Add the rest of ingredients. Decorate with the foam made of vanilla custard and the white part of the dragon egg.

The drink is ready. It makes everyone happy. 🙂

INTERNATIONAL SUPRISE 

 

Ingredients:

1 red guava fruit,

1 l of butterscotch syrup,

4 l of birch water,

2 l of cactus flower nectar,

1 cup of cream 30% ,

two spoons of vanilla extract,

some ginger,

some Fenix tears

How to make the foam:

Whipp 30% cream with two spoons of a vanilla extract and a pinch of ginger to add some oriental taste.

 

RECIPE:

Stir toffee syrup, birch, and nectar of cactus flowers in 1/4/2 proportions. When the beer begins to weigh, we need to prepare red guava. You have to cut the fruit into eight pieces and put them on the bottom of the barrel. Then pour beer. Put the foam on the top. To do this, put in a bowl about 0.5 l 30% cream, and if you do not have time, use magic to make a fluffy one, then add two tablespoons of vanilla extract, and if you like a little ginger. After adding everything to the bowl and mixing, let stand for 2 hours.

Prepare a cauldron and heat up a really small fire and start heating birch water. Add cactus nectar and mix continuously for five minutes, then add toffee syrup and wait two more minutes. Remove the cauldron from the heat and wait until it cools down, then add phoenix tears to the drink to eliminate the poison if someone tries to use it earlier, and pour everything into the glass vessel.

MAGIC APPLE BUTTERBEER

 

Ingredients for two friends:

½ cup brown sugar

50 g Butter

50 ml heavy cream

2 cups of cream soda

1 apple

7 hazelnuts

Teeth powder made from 5 fairies’ teeth

A few Unicorn tears

Crushed ice to taste

100 ml cream

 

RECIPE:

Firstly, to prepare butterscotch melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, salt and heavy cream and stir the mixture until it’s well blended. Bring the mixture to a boil, and boil it for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add the cream soda.

Secondly,  peel and chop the apple adding it to the mixture. Add two thin slices of peach as well. Thirdly,  open the hazelnuts, grind them, mix them into a smooth mass, pass the mass into a sieve, pour it into the beer and mix the whole with a blender. And don’t forget our magical ingredients, a bit of  Unicorn tears and fairies’ teeth powder.

Finally, pour the cooled mixture into two glasses. Serve after the drink has been a few hours in the fridge or add some crushed ice. Before offering our butterbeer to your friends, whip the cream and pour it on top of the brown beer so as to create a light fluffy foam. Enjoy!

THE GREEN BUTTERBEER

 

Ingredients:

a lime

two green apples

a pineapple

two pears

green grapes

an avocado

three kiwis

seaweeds

green figs

pistachio beans

lettuce

matcha tea

marshmallow cream

salted caramel

sparkling water

whipped cream

sugar

violet flowers

hazelnuts

 

For six sizes

 

1. The beer

Zest one lime and squeeze its juice with a lemon squeezer and pour the zest and juice in a blender. Chop two green apples, 100 g of pineapple and two pears and put them in the blender, then add 20 green grapes in the blender. Peel the skin of an avocado, take out the seed, then slice it and add it to the other ingredients in the blender. Lastly, peel three kiwis, slice the fruits and add them in the blender.

Close the blender and blend all the ingredients for about three minutes, until it is smooth.

Pour the smoothie in a jar.

Put 300g of seaweeds in the blender with two green peeled figs, then blend the two ingredients. Add ten pistachio beans, two lettuce leaves, half a teaspoon of matcha tea, one tablespoon of toasted marshmallow cream, half a teaspoon of salty caramel sauce, then close the blender and blend for two minutes.

Open the blender and add the content of the jar, then mix for one minute. Add 200g of sparkling water.

Pour the content in six mugs.

2. The foam

Blend 50g of whipped cream with 35g of sugar. Then add the powder of seven violet flowers and stir vigorously until the cream becomes purple and onctuous.

Add two tablespoons of the foam on top of the beer in each mug. Grind twelve hazelnuts with a nut grinder, then sparkle some grinded hazelnuts on top of the foam.

Enjoy your green butterbeer together !

THE RED BUTTERBEER

/TWO SERVINGS/

 

Ingredients:

 

* 1 glass of butterscotch

* 2 glasses of sparkling cactus water

* a handful of red fruit

* a magic orange

* 4 balls of ashura (mini balls of blue and white colour)

* a bar of toffee chocolate

* a cup of almonds

* 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar

* one teaspoon of vanilla extract

* 10 drops of Basilisk tears
* a cup whipped cream

 

Procedure:

 

First, prepare the ingredients:
1) peel the red fruit, then chop it and put into a glass bowl, leave it to rest for 30 minutes
2) put the almonds in the cauldron, roast them and leave them to cool
3) put a bar of toffee chocolate into a pan and melt
4) put ashura balls into a mortar and grind it with a pestle
5) zest a magic orange

Put red fruit, zest of magic orange and almonds together in a large bowl, mix it. Next pour the melted chocolate and blend it to get a smooth consistency. Then add some butterscotch and stir thoroughly. Now put sparkling cactus water and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar into a blender and blend for a while. Pour it into a bowl,  add vanilla extract and mix it with a spoon.

Pour it into the two big mugs.

The foam


Mix whipped cream and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar with a whip. Add 11 drops of Basilisk tears and mix gently with a wooden spoon. Put the foam on the top of each mug of beer and sprinkle with ashura powder to give some colour.

The Sweet Butterbeer (two portions)

Ingridients:

-15 strawberries

-15 raspberries

– 2 TEA SPOON OF sugar

– vanilla EXTRACT

– 1 glass of water

– 1 watermelon

-butterscotch syrup

– cream

-star dust

-phinix tears

 

Recipe

Start with washing fruits than put strawberries, raspberries AND WATERMELON in blender   Add 2 ts of sugar and some vanilla extract then water

After blending everything toGETher add some water to get perfect consistency

add Phoenix tears and blend one more time.

when done put whipped cream with star dust on top

The Creamy Butterbeer

Ingredients(bear):

vanilla ice cream

butterscotch syrup

dragon fruit

2 cups of rum extract

crushed ice

powdered sugar

Ingredients(foam) :

crushed caramel

whipped cream

powdered sugar

 

Utensils:

a teaspoon

a cauldron

large spoon

a whip

a mortar and a pestle

a blender

 

Recipe:

– First, mix the vanilla ice cream and the butterscotch syrup in the cauldron with large spoon.

– Then, add the rum extract and mix it again.

– add 2 teaspoons of honey and mix it very good

– blend the dragon fruit and add it in the preparation

– finally add the crushed ice

-for the foam, whip the cream and add the crushed caramel

– and for the last we add powdered sugar on the top

Sweet and Fruity Butterbeer

Ingrediants:

-1 magical pomegranate

-ice cream

-vanilla extract

-1 cup of cream

-maple syrop

-edible glitter

– carbonated water

-brown sugar

-cinnamon

-sparkling sugar

-crushed ice

-toffee

-pink cotton Candy

Recipe

First remove the magical seeds from pomegranate and add them to the mixing bowl

-Mix ice and brown sugar in the bowl

-add and stir sparkling sugar

-add carbonated water

-leave for 20 minutes in the fridge

– add 1 cup of cream

-add maple syrup and mix everything together

-add toffe roast

-let it stand in the fridge overnight

-next day pour it in a pretty glass

-add crushed ice

-and top it with more whipped cream

-and finally add the glitter and pink cotton candy

FRUITYMILKY BUTTERBEER

 

Ingredients (2 portions):

1 dragon fruit

2 passion fruit

½ cup of goat milk

40 grams of toffee

a bit of vanilla extract

10 grams of rose thorns

30 grams of star dust

35 grams of butterscotch

 

The recipe:

  • put the passion fruit flesh into a bowl.
  • add half of the dragon fruit flesh.
  • add butterscotch.
  • melt the toffee and add to the same bowl.
  • blend everything until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • finally, add the star dust to make the butterbeer sparkling any yummy
  • pour butterbeer into 2 jars.

Now it’s time to make the foam.

  • mix the rose thorns with a blender in a bowl.
  • pour the goat milk into the bowl.
  • add the rest of the dragon fruit flesh, the rose thorns and vanilla extract.
  • blend everything carefully.
  • then, use a whip to make the dense liquid foamy.
  • pour the foam onto the butterbeer in jars. Decorate with star dust.
  • enjoy drinking it!

 

The properties of the fruity-milky butterbeer:

It makes you feel stronger. But be careful when drinking it. If you drink 3 portions at a time, the butterbeer can change you into a monster for 5 hours. You could also have a magical flu (it’s possible to lose eyesight for a few minutes and your colour skin can become blue)

Dragoon Blood Butterbeer – for 2 servings

FOAM :

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons of sugar

3 drops of blue moon powder

1/2 cup of heavy cream

 2 tablespoons of dragon blood

4 teaspoons of butterscotch syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

12 ozs of cream soda 

1 tablespoon  of fairy powder

PROCEDURE:

Mix the heavy cream, the sugar, the vanilla extract in a bowl 

Then add slowly the fairy powder, blue moon power and dragon blood to the mixture

Mix well and add it the cream soda and the butterscotch syrup and mix again

Whip them until you have the desired consistenty

Leave it in the fridge 2/3 hours, for a better taste

To be served chilled.

BUTTERSCOTCH 

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups of brown sugar

4 teaspoons of salted butter

1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

PROCEDURE:

At first, take 3 cups of brown sugar and mix it with 4 teaspoons of salted butter. Then take 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream and blend it with 2 other ingredients. After this add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. All of the ingredients boil in a cauldron (4 minutes should me enough). Created mixture put in the jar and leave it for about 8 days. After this time it should be done.

BUTTERBEER: 

 INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup of soda

a pinch of unicorn hair

3 chocolatines

a tablespoon of vanilla extract

2pieces of Kinder Surprise

1 tablespoon of white sugar

one water melon 

two pineapples

a cup of sour jellies

a tablespoon of Bourbon vanilla extract

1/2 cup of butterscotch

PROCEDURE:

First, we have to put dry ingredients in a cauldron – chocolatines, kinder suprises, white sugar, 1 tablespoonextract of bourbon vanilla, sour jellies, and then crush them.  After we have to pour the soda of course by using 1/2 cup and just after pour 1/2 cup of butterscotch before Mix the fruit  and add them to the preparation. Pour the pinch of unicorn hair and then put all together and mix once again. And just after adding the two tablespoons of foam. Leave it in the fridge all the night and then  Butterbeer is ready for drink. Enjoy!
