One Tuesday morning at Springfield Elementary School, Bart, Milhouse, Sherri, Terri, Nelson, Martin, Lewis, Wendell, Richard and Jaffee are in G4EK to have time for the register.

Mrs Krabappel starts doing the register. “Bart Simpson.” she said. “Here.” said Bart. “Milhouse Van Houten.” she said. “Here.” said Milhouse. “Sherri Mackleberry.” she said again. “Here, Mrs Krabappel.” said Sherri.

“Terri Mackleberry.” said Mrs Krabappel. “There, teacher!” said Terri. “Nelson Muntz.” she said. “Here, Mrs Krabappel.” said Nelson. “Martin Prince.” said Mrs Krabappel again.

“Here.” said Martin. “Lewis Clark.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Here!” shouted Lewis. “Wendell Borton.” she said. “Here!” shouted Wendell. “Richard.” she said again.

“Here, Miss.” said Richard. “Jaffee Ziswhisky.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Here.” said Jaffee. “Okay, let’s do the dinners next!” she said excitedly. Milhouse began to cry.

“On the Tuesday menu, there is… chicken kebab with potato wedges, Quorn burger with potato wedges or jacket potato with a variety of fillings.” said Mrs Krabappel.

“Bart.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Chicken kebab please.” said Bart. “Milhouse.” she said. “Chicken kebab please.” sobbed Milhouse. “Sherri.” said Mrs Krabappel again. “Jacket potato with cheese please.” said Sherri.

“What’s the matter, Milhouse?” asked Martin. “I’m crying because I forgot to bring my photo album to school.” said Milhouse. “Terri.” said Mrs Krabappel.

“Jacket potato with tuna and mayo please.” said Terri. “Nelson.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Quorn burger please!” said Nelson excitedly. “Martin.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Chicken kebab please.” said Martin.

“Lewis.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Chicken kebab please.” said Lewis. “Wendell.” she said. “Quorn burger please.” said Wendell. “Richard.” said Mrs Krabappel again.

“Jacket potato with beans and cheese please.” said Richard. “Jaffee.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Jacket potato with cheese and mayo please.” said Jaffee.

Terri took the register back to the school office. “Okay, lesson time! English is the first lesson.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Aww, Milhouse! What ever is the matter?”

“Mrs Krabappel, I’m crying because I forgot to bring my photo album to school to show to my friends.” sobbed Milhouse. “Don’t worry! You can bring it tomorrow!” said Mrs Krabappel.

“Today, we are doing the Elephants in Tracks presentation. You will have to work in pairs.” said Mrs Krabappel. “I want to work with Lewis Clark.” repeated a whispering Nelson excitedly.

“Bart, you work with Martin, Milhouse, you work with Sherri, Terri, you work with Richard, Nelson, you work with Lewis and Jaffee, you work with Wendell.” said Mrs Krabappel. “No. Not Sherri.” gasped Milhouse.

“Can you cut the picture of the elephant on the kart?” said Sherri. “Okay.” said Milhouse, and he cut the picture of the elephant and glued it on the picture of the tracks.

“Well done, Milhouse! That’s very good!” said Sherri. “Thanks.” said Milhouse. “That’s excellent, Milhouse and Sherri.” said Mrs Krabappel, and Nelson farted loudly in the classroom.

“Eww! That stinks!” said Wendell. “Do not fart in my classroom please, Nelson Muntz! That is bad!” said Mrs Krabappel crossly, and Milhouse began to cry again.

“Nelson’s fart and your shouting scared me and made me jump.” sobbed Milhouse. “It’s okay, Milhouse. I’m sorry for doing that.” said Mrs Krabappel.

It was break time on the playground. Bart went on the swings. “Wahey! This is fun!” he said, and Nelson pushed him hard. “Why are you sad, Milhouse?” asked Jaffee.

“Because I forgot to bring my photo album to school.” sobbed Milhouse. “You can bring it tomorrow instead! That would be fun.” said Lisa, and Sophie was crying loudly.

“I’ve lost my Barbie doll with the pink dress.” she cried. “Oh, Sophie! Let me go and find it.” said Nina, and she was about to look for Sophie’s doll. “I’ve got it!” said Nelson.

“Give it back to me right now!” shouted Sophie, and Nelson gave her doll back to her. “Thank you for finding her doll. Where was it?” asked Nina. “The doll was in her class.” said Nelson, and Sophie was happy.

“It’s music time!” said Terri excitedly, and all of G4EK went to the music room in the ground floor. The music teacher is Mrs Gildlock. “Today, we are going on the musical instruments to have some free time.” she said.

“Wow! That sounds fun!” said Richard excitedly, and Bart and Milhouse went on the piano. “Can you play the Itchy and Scratchy theme tune?” asked Bart.

“What’s the matter?” asked Mrs Gildlock. “I forgot to bring my photo album to school today.” said Milhouse. “Shut up, you big boy!” shouted Nelson, and he threw a temper tantrum.

“Just take nice deep breaths, and you’ll stop crying.” said Sherri, and Milhouse took deep breaths. “Well done!” said Richard. “Keep going, and I’ll play you a lovely tune on the xylophone!” said Martin.

“In, out, in, out, in, out, in, out.” sang the students and Mrs Gildlock to Milhouse. “Aww! That is a very nice tune.” he said. “Yeah, and you’ll enjoy your chicken kebab!” said Terri.

It was lunch time in the school hall. “G4EK, you come up first for your lunch!” shouted Mr Manns. “Woo hoo! I’m so excited to have my chicken kebab!” said Bart.

Bart and Milhouse went to sit with Lisa, Sophie, Adrian, Jessica, Sherri and Martin at lunch time. “I love chicken kebabs!” said Sophie. “I don’t like meat, but I’ve got a Quorn burger.” said Lisa, and all of the students are eating their lunch.

All of G4EK went to the science lab with Mrs Harrison, the science teacher. “Okay, we are doing a chemical experiment, so you will all have to wear goggles.” she said.

“I don’t wear to wear goggles!” shouted Nelson. “You have to, Nelson!” said Mrs Harrison. Milhouse began to cry again. “I forgot to bring my photo album to school today.” he sobbed.

“It’s okay, Milhouse. Bring it tomorrow!” said Mrs Harrison. All of the students have started the experiment. “This is cool!” said Bart. “Purple is my favourite colour!” said Sherri.

Richard and Jaffee worked in a pair for their experiment. “Wow! This experiment burns very well!” he said. “You’re not supposed to work in a pair together!” said Terri crossly.

It was hometime. All of G4EK went back to their class. “All of your parents, taxi drivers and taxi escorts are here to pick you up! So, all of you, go home now!” said Mrs Krabappel.

“Johnny, guess what? Milhouse had a bad day at school!” said Bart. “Did he?” asked Johnny. “Yes. That’s because he didn’t bring his photo album to school today.” said Bart, and Milhouse will get better at school tomorrow.
