The Simpsons Stories: Uter’s Last Day At Springfield Elementary School

by Darcy May Partridge

One Friday afternoon at Springfield Elementary School, the students and the staff all went to the hall for the achievement assembly. “I can’t wait.” said Jaffee.

“The star of the week in GKJH is Hillary.” said Mrs Hobbs. “Well done, Hillary!” said Mr Skinner, and the students and the staff all clapped in the audience.

“The star of the week in G1FM is Eli.” said Ms Myles. “Well done, Eli! You had a fantastic week, haven’t you?” asked Mr Skinner.

“The star of the week in G2EH is Isabel.” said Miss Hoover. “Well done, Isabel! Here is your certificate.” said Mr Skinner. “Thank you!” said Isabel happily.

“The star of the week in G3AMC is Melody.” said Mr McConnell. “Yes! I’ve got it!” said Melody. “Well done, Melody.” said Mr Skinner. “Well done, Melody!” shouted Jenny.

“The star of the week in G4EK is Kearney.” said Mrs Krabappel. “Well done, Kearney. Here is your certificate!” said Mr Skinner. “Yes!” shouted Kearney.

“The star of the week in G4PM is Wendell.” said Mr Manns. “Well done, Wendell, you’ve done fantastic!” said Mr Skinner, and he gave Wendell his certificate.

“The star of the week in G5MB is Tyler.” said Mr Benzie. “Well done, Tyler! You’ve been fantastic all week, haven’t you?” asked Mr Skinner.

“We have some very sad news for the last day of term 3. Today is Uter’s last day at Springfield Elementary School. He has been a very good student for 5 years, so I hope he does very well in his new school, so congratulations to Uter!” said Mr Skinner.

“Mr Skinner, what school is he going to next term?” asked Neil. “Uter is going to Beacon Heaves Elementary School next term.” said Mr Skinner.

“I will miss Uter so much!” said Wendell, and he began to cry. “Would you like to give Uter a hug before he leaves Springfield Elementary School?” asked Mr Manns.

The students and the staff clapped in the audience while Wendell is giving Uter a hug. “I will miss you so much. I hope I see you again.” he said.

G4EK went back to their classroom with Mrs Krabappel. “Now you have 5 minutes for you before you go home, kids.” she said, and Uter will happily move to his new school next term.
