Danny Seal invited me to his meeting “Unbound Digital”. So I came. I didn’t want to let him down. I packed my bags and headed to London.
The meeting was at a huge wine place named “Vinopolis”. Everyone was in great spirits. Especially Danny Seal. After all, people showed up. A lot of them.
Pierre was very nice. He let me have a seat at his booth. I promised him I would mention the name of his company. It is ‘Hive Works’. There, I mentioned it!!!
Lots of interesting people were there, pitching start-ups. I met a new friend from South Korea, who wants to map the travel world.
I met the future of clothes purchasing over the net.
I met bike fanatacists.
Somone who invented a type of indoor GPS (cool).
I got a charge out of this entrepreneur.
I met Lord Jim Knight as well. He wasn’t impressed by the tea at the conference, so we went over to his House at Westminster (a nice piece of property, too bad he has to share it with other lords). The tea was great, and the scones creamy.
We were still hungry, so a bunch of us went out to a chocolate-flavored restaurant. Nibs and all.
And then out into the London lights.
A nice way to spend the day.
So thank you Danny and crew!!
Looking forward to coming unbound again soon.
