CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) is a ‘language-diversity-oriented
approach’ (San Isidro, 2017, p. 185) focused on both foreign or additional language learning and content learning at the same time as it ideally takes the students’ first language(s)
into consideration to design a language policy at school level.
