There is really no need to explain why health is important,right?
In our time there are many temptations but also many ways to maintain health.
Awareness has increased, health services have advanced and only what should we do is to adopt it to our lifestyle routine.
So what can we do?
First, drink a lot of water at least 8 cups every day.
Prefer water than sweet drinks(soda is fine too).
Second, combine every meal some vegetables,
less carbs, more vegetables but I personally recommend adding some carbohydrates for happiness:)
In addition to maintaining a healthy diet, it is recommended to exercise at least twice a week.
Choosing a sport you like is essential,
Otherwise you are frustrated and disappointed and in the long run you will not continue doing it.
So let’s try to do even some of the things.
