Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification

This Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course develops and certifies the in-depth knowledge and skills of a Six Sigma Black Belt candidate. The course includes advanced methods, inferential and relational data analytics, and the project management skills necessary to improve cross-functional and cross-organizational processes. The course is characterized by experiential learning, personalized exercises, skill-based training, practical data analysis, 1:1 attention, and immediately usable decision trees and job aids. Certification is based on projects and in-class and between-week assignments.
