The Best Sushi Restaurant EVER!!

I have always loved eating at restaurants, Italian food, meats, Thai cuisine, but the style of food that I could always eat at any time is sushi. I thought I knew how to eat sushi, but it turns out I didn’t. Only in the past year, I dared to try eating raw fish. I was always afraid to try it because I thought who could eat raw fish that wasn’t even cooked a little? At first, I tried a small piece with lots of sauce and rice, and slowly started eating more fish, less rice, and completely cutting down on the sauce.

Good and fresh fish doesn’t need to have too much added to it. In October, my good friend and I celebrate our birthdays together, and every year we celebrate in a different place. This year, we went to a sushi restaurant recommended to us called Selas. They told us it was a taste experience we had never had before, and it’s not just a place that sells sushi.

And indeed it was, every sushi roll was better than the previous one, and all the fish were so fresh that they melted in our mouths, we didn’t even have to chew them. It was the best culinary experience I’ve ever had.

It was so good that the amazing flavors stayed in my mouth until today, and I had to go again. So yesterday, on Friday, I took another friend who celebrated her birthday last week and introduced her to a new world of different sushi, with the best ingredients and a taste experience like no other.

We enjoyed every moment, drank wine, ate a lot, and again, the flavors were so good that I’m already looking forward to the next time!
