If you don’t want to be charged again please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to Ourboox with the relevant account and click on “Manage Subscription” under your user menu (you can find the user menu by clicking on your avatar image at the top right corner of every page):

2. Click on the box highlighted below:

 

3. Click on “Cancel Subscription“:

4. Click “Confirm Cancellation“:

That’s it! your subscription will still be active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again (unless you choose to re-activate your subscription).
