When I had some issues concerning baggage regulations and connecting flights, they calmly and simply answered them. They were really professional and went above and above to make sure I was happy with my vacation plans, which is what most pleased me. The office is easily accessible, spotless, and well-kept, making it a really welcoming place for clients. I will absolutely use this office again for any future Air Astana travel needs because, all in all, it was a five-star experience.
